1.) Introduction
These Commission Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between g1oomyg3ist ("Artist") and the client ("Client") for commissioned artwork. By requesting and commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.2.) Commission Process
▸ [Request] The Client must provide a detailed description of the requested artwork, including intended purpose (for image sizing reasons), image reference of characters or people in use, and any specific requirements for the drawing.▸ [Quote] The Artist will provide a quote based on the details provided by the Client. The quote will include the total cost and estimated time for completion.▸ [Agreement] Upon agreement of the quote, the Client must accept these Terms and confirm the commission.3.) Payment Terms
▸ A deposit of 35% of the total cost is required before the Artist begins work on the commission.
▸ The remaining balance must be paid according to the following schedule:
.....• 15% upon completion of a preliminary sketch or progress update.
.....• The remaining percentage of the final payment must be sent to the Artist upon completion of the artwork, and prior to delivery.
▸ Payments can be made via [placeholder]4.) Revisions and Changes
▸ The Client is entitled to 5 minor revisions at no additional cost. Minor revisions include small adjustments to details, colors, or composition.
▸ Major changes that deviate significantly from the original request may incur additional charges. The Artist will inform the Client of any additional costs before proceeding.5.) Delivery
Since all commissions made by g1oomyg3ist are digital, the completed artwork will be strictly delivered via E-mail or download link. Once the artwork is viewed and downloaded by the Client, it is no longer refundable.6.) Cancellations and Refunds
▸ If the Client cancels the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made for work completed beyond the deposit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
▸ If the Artist cancels the commission for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.7.) Rights and Usage
▸ [Artist's Rights]: The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes and portfolio displays. Commercial purposes are allowed if the character(s) or person(s) portrayed in the commission also belong to or are associated with the artist.
▸ [Client's Usage]: The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. Commercial use of the artwork is prohibited unless a separate licensing agreement is arranged.
▸ [Credit]: The Client agrees to give proper credit to the Artist when displaying or sharing the commissioned artwork.8.) Confidentiality
While the Artist retains all rights to the commissioned drawing, as stated in the previous bullet point, the Client may request that the commission is kept private, and to not disclose it to third parties.9.) Amendments
